About the role

A strong, dependable Registered Nurse (RN) is needed to provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during weekend shifts. The role involves ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality care, maintaining compliance with regulations, and supporting positive clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during weekend shifts
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Serve as a resource and leader for the team, assisting with clinical decision-making, staff guidance, and problem resolution
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary team members
• Help maintain smooth weekend operations

Requirements

• Active and in good standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and professionalism
