Responsibilities
- Supports the Director of Nursing with efficient and effective nursing care.
- Ensures compliance with policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
- Mentors staff and coordinates with other departments to implement the care delivery model and processes.
- Collaborates with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff.
- Limits the use of overtime and agency personnel.
- Participates in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, and makes recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university; BSN preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.

Pay
Posted Salary Range: USD $41.00 - USD $44.00 /Hr.
Bonus: USD $7,500.00
