Registered Nurse Supervisor - Cardiac Telemetry

Role: Full-time RN Supervisor on the Cardiac Telemetry unit, overseeing nursing staff and unit operations during night shifts. Responsibilities Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care with a focus on cardiac telemetry monitoring.Support patient assessment, care planning, and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, personalized care and positive outcomes.Maintain clinical standards, support staff development, and promote a respectful, collaborative work environment. Qualifications And Skills Active RN license is required.Experience in cardiac telemetry and supervisory roles preferred.Relevant certifications include BLS and ACLS.
