About the role
We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor in Glens Falls, NY with a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for overnight shifts.
Responsibilities
- scheduling and supervising nursing staff to meet resident care needs
- providing compassionate support to residents and families
- addressing questions and requests
- maintaining a safe and clean environment
- managing confidential information
- documenting resident care
- fostering teamwork among healthcare staff
Requirements
- valid RN license
- at least 3 years of long-term care experience
- strong leadership skills
- familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs
- excellent communication
- basic computer skills
