About the Role

This position involves supervising nursing staff and ensuring high-quality patient care in a nursing facility. You will assist in directing, coordinating, and overseeing the Nursing Services Department while ensuring compliance with regulations and facility policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care during shifts.

• Support nurses during acute patient episodes and address employee issues promptly.
• Assume on-call duties and perform additional assigned tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Current, valid RN license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Experience in geriatric nursing preferred.
• Annual CPR certification.
• Commitment to ongoing training.
