Registered Nurse Supervisor

Always Best Care Senior Services of Baltimore, Maryland is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team for our new home care company. This part-time/PRN role reports to the Administrator and focuses on delivering personalized care plans for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Makes the initial evaluation visit and regularly re-evaluates the client’s needs.
• Develops the plan of care and makes necessary revisions, keeping the administrator updated on changes.
• Informs the administrator, physician, and other relevant personnel of changes in the client’s condition and needs.
• Assists the administrator with assessing the competency of caregiver staff to promote quality, continuity, and safety of client care.
• Supervises, educates, and coaches other personnel (e.g., Certified Home Health Aides) as directed by the administrator.
• Ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing from a state-approved or accredited program.
• Must be in good standing with the Maryland Board of Nursing.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel to clients’ homes during weekdays.
• Residency in Northern Baltimore/Harford County preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year clinical or home care experience preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year supervising experience preferred.

• $70 per initial assessment.
