About the role
The RN Supervisor oversees patient care and services, ensuring quality through collaboration with patients, families, and staff in compliance with regulations and standards. This is a management/leadership-focused position emphasizing quality care and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage patient care
- Develop and implement care plans
- Supervise licensed staff and CNAs
- Ensure patient safety and rights
- Assess patient needs and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with patient evacuation as needed
- Maintain professional relationships with patients, families, and staff
- Adhere to legal and organizational policies
Requirements
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Active RN license
- At least two years of nursing experience, preferably in geriatric care
- CPR certification (mandatory)

- Expert knowledge of nursing practice standards
