Registered Nurse Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure quality resident care at a 100-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility committed to maintaining residents’ dignity and independence.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and assigning nursing personnel to meet resident needs
• Providing compassionate support to residents and families
• Answering questions and sharing information with residents and staff
• Maintaining a safe, clean environment by enforcing rules and regulations
• Handling confidential resident information to uphold trust
• Documenting resident care services accurately
• Fostering cooperation among healthcare team members

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• At least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and prescribing programs
• Excellent communication and basic computer skills
