Foremost at Sharon, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, is seeking a confident and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team.

About the role

Provide clinical supervision and leadership during the evening shift, supporting nursing staff and ensuring safe, effective resident care.

Schedule

• 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift
• 32 hours per week
• Every other weekend

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership during the evening shift
• Support nursing staff and ensure safe, effective resident care
• Act as the clinical resource for assessments, issues, and decision-making
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
• Communicate shift updates and concerns to leadership

Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing
• Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
• Long-term care experience strongly preferred
