About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining nursing policies and procedures
• Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident care needs
• Providing compassionate support to residents and families
• Responding to resident and staff inquiries with clear communication
• Ensuring a safe, clean working environment by adhering to regulations
• Monitoring confidential information to promote resident confidence
• Auditing resident and departmental records for proper documentation
• Managing nursing supplies inventory and other related duties

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• Experience in long-term care
• Basic computer proficiency
