About the role
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as RN House Supervisor during overnight hours (7:00 PM–7:30 AM).
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and administrative leadership
- Coordinate patient flow (admissions, transfers, discharges)
- Serve as liaison between teams and leadership
- Lead emergency response
- Assess staffing needs
- Support patient care when necessary
- Coach staff
- Participate in safety initiatives
- Maintain effective communication in high-pressure situations
- Ensure safe, high-quality patient care
- Support clinical teams
- Maintain hospital operations during overnight hours
Qualifications
- ADN required (BSN preferred)
- Active Wisconsin RN license
- Minimum 2 years emergency or acute care experience
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Certification in ACLS and TNCC within 6 months of hire
