Responsibilities
- Supervise daily nursing operations and support the nursing team
- Assess resident needs and help develop individualized care plans
- Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care
- Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Support and mentor CNAs and nursing staff
- Promote quality outcomes, resident satisfaction, and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas
- Clinical assessment and nursing leadership skills
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and work effectively within a team
- Basic computer skills and ability to pass employment screenings
Pay
$44.00 – $48.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and skills. Full-time and part-time positions available.
Schedule
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM weekends
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM full-time
- Part-time with weekend availability
