How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Lead and empower clinical and support teams by directing daily office activities to ensure every patient receives high-quality, efficient care.
- Optimize clinic flow by developing strategic daily assignments, ensuring staffing levels are balanced to meet patient volume and appointment complexity.
- Mentor and develop the office team through real-time coaching and performance feedback, fostering a culture of professional excellence and superior service.
- Drive the growth of your clinic by participating in the interview and selection process to identify and hire top-tier talent for your team.
- Synthesize clinical data and team input to plan and coordinate care across the office, ensuring all necessary resources are ready for the patient’s arrival.
Minimum Requirements You’ll Need
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Education Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
