Registered Nurse Supervisor

Supervisor positions available: full-time 3–11 p.m., full-time 11–7 a.m., and weekend supervisor shifts.

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will lead our dedicated team of nurses in delivering exceptional care to residents in a state-of-the-art skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring that all care is delivered in a timely and efficient manner
• Manage a team of nurses, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality care
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
• Collaborate with other departments—including social services, dining, and activities—to ensure a comprehensive approach to care
• Develop and implement personalized care plans for each resident, incorporating their unique needs and preferences
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Participate in on-call rotation, providing 24/7 support to residents and their families

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the state of Rhode Island
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and caregivers
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and safety
