Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and promote a culture of excellence
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement effective care plans
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records
• Provide ongoing education and training to nursing staff to maintain and improve skills
