About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee resident care in a skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to ensure comprehensive resident care
- Providing support and maintaining a compassionate environment for residents and families
- Answering questions and facilitating communication among residents and staff
- Implementing safety and cleanliness protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Managing confidential resident information to ensure privacy
- Documenting resident care services accurately
- Fostering collaboration among healthcare team members
Requirements
- Valid RN license
- At least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and prescribing programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
