Registered Nurse Supervisor

Location: 650 Edison Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19116

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality care is delivered on the unit.
• Assist in admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.
• Support and guide nursing staff, addressing clinical concerns as they arise.
• Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain compliance with all policies and state/federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Previous experience in long‑term care or sub‑acute setting preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
