About the role

Manage complex patient recovery journeys by continuously monitoring physiological changes and adapting care plans to ensure safety during the critical transition toward healing.

Advocate for patient needs by serving as the central coordinator between physicians, therapists, and specialists, ensuring a unified and high-quality approach to treatment.

Execute clinical orders with precision and foresight, translating medical instructions into compassionate, hands-on care for patients with high-acuity needs.

Facilitate a confident transition home by assessing discharge readiness and collaborating with the healthcare team to provide patients and families with the tools they need for a successful recovery.

Responsibilities

  • Advocate for patient needs by serving as the central coordinator between physicians, therapists, and specialists, ensuring a unified and high-quality approach to treatment.

Requirements

  • Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
  • Experience working with high-acuity patients.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

  • Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).

Pay

Salary range: $XX.XX - $XXX.XX per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Nights | Full Time | Weekend Option | Friday, Saturday and one weeknight | 6:00pm - 6:30am
