Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients requiring step-down monitoring.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by healthcare providers.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to healthcare providers.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Active RN WV License.
• At least 1 year of experience in Stepdown.
• AHA BLS Certification.
• Other certifications required by the client.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in WV.
• Minimum 1 year of Stepdown experience.
• AHA BLS certification.
• Other certifications required by the client.

12H Days: 7a-7:30p, every other weekend, holidays as scheduled.
