Registered Nurse - Stepdown

Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights, and confidentiality, aligning with organizational standards and values. Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care, assess patient needs, perform necessary procedures, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and promote patient safety and satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, current RN licensure, and Basic Life Support certification. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various movements. Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, TNCC, or specialty certifications may be required based on unit needs. Key Duties: Implement nursing interventions, evaluate patient responses, and ensure care continuity.
