About the role
Homecare intake assessments and supervisor visits with limited clinical duties. Open to all experience levels, including entry‑level.
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments in The Bronx and Upper Manhattan.
- Handle 20‑25 cases per week, comprising intake visits (≈1 hour) and supervisory visits (≈15 minutes).
- Create your own schedule; options include 3 × 12‑hour shifts, 4 × 10‑hour shifts, or 5 × 8‑hour shifts per week.
Requirements
- Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Fluent bilingual in Spanish and English.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $110,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year.
