Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation

Role: Clinical Registered Nurse Responsibilities Provide high-quality, person-centered care to seniors in skilled nursing and rehab settings.Perform assessments, administer medications and treatments.Coordinate individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.Educate residents and their families on care and health management.Document all care activities in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).Support residents' spiritual and emotional needs within a faith-based environment.Mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and participate in quality and infection control initiatives.
