About the Role

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor comprehensive care plans while carrying out physician orders.
• Act as the primary link between all disciplines to ensure seamless, well-coordinated patient care.
• Assess condition changes and manage discharge planning to set patients up for long-term success.
• Maintain a secure environment by proactively managing hazards and emergency responses.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
• Registered Nurse license obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.

Pay

Salary range: $35.46 - $50.05 per hour
