Registered Nurse Service Line Coordinator

Role: RN Service Line Coordinator Responsibilities Coordinate and optimize nursing care for a dedicated clinical service line to ensure high-quality, patient-centered outcomes.Serve as a clinical expert, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.Guide staff on evidence-based protocols and assist with complex cases.Monitor quality indicators and support staff education and competency development.Drive process improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
