Registered Nurse - RN - Wound Care LTC - Levindale - Baltimore MD

Position Summary

Levindale is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with Long-Term Care (LTC) Wound Care experience to join their clinical team. The RN will provide direct patient care, develop and implement individualized care plans, and support quality patient outcomes through collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document clinical findings accurately.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
• Provide specialized wound care treatment and monitoring for long-term care residents.
• Assess and address patient and family educational needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review activities.
• Maintain current knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices and wound care standards.
• Adhere to all LifeBridge Health policies, procedures, protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Required: Current Maryland RN License or eligibility to obtain Maryland licensure, Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), Long-Term Care (LTC) Wound Care experience, Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and communication skills.
• PREFERRED: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care settings, Wound Care Certification (WCC, WOCN, or similar).
