Responsibilities
- Provide safe, quality patient care in accordance with Massachusetts RN licensure and facility protocols
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills—patience, empathy, and compassion—in daily interactions
- Demonstrate effective communication through active listening, clear writing, speaking, and reading comprehension
- Apply fast, adaptive problem-solving to clinical situations
- Stand for extended periods as required by the role
