About the role

This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care in a hospital setting, including developing care plans, administering medications, and supporting patients physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing physician prescriptions and communicating care plans to the healthcare team
• Developing and evaluating nursing care plans based on patient assessments
• Educating patients and families on health conditions, medications, and self-care
• Ensuring a safe and compliant environment by following infection control and medication protocols
• Documenting patient care and maintaining equipment and supplies
• Maintaining competency through ongoing education

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practice state
• Effective communication skills and visual acuity
• Preferred 1-3 years of clinical experience
