Registered Nurse (RN) Weekends After Hours

Responsibilities

• Serve as the patient advocate ensuring every patient receives the quality care they deserve.
• Communicate with everyone involved in the plan of care - the patient, the patient’s family, and the hospice care team.
• Work as an After-Hours Hospice RN in salaried full-time positions covering on-call shifts from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday morning.
• Support by working alongside the 24/7 RN staffed Triage Department and local hospice team.
• Access to supportive leadership team and professional development opportunities with room for advancement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
