About the role
Join our Weekend Package team and enjoy a consistent schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. During your phone screening, we'll review your preferred schedule and determine which Weekend Package option best fits your availability.
Responsibilities
- Manage operations of your assigned unit
- Ensure residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Manor House Care Center
- Assist with supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit
- Provide guidance and education to clinical staff
- Assist with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture
- Ensure established infection prevention practices are maintained
- Ensure adequate staffing for our resident's needs
Qualifications
- Unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable
Pay & Schedule
- Starting wage: $40 per hour + applicable weekend shift differentials
- Weekend Package schedule with consistent weekend hours
