Pay

$45–$50 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor resident conditions
• Supervise nursing care and nursing staff
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Develop and update care plans
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current Oregon RN license or eligibility for Oregon licensure
• Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
