Responsibilities
- Handling supervisory duties for the unit
- Establishing policies and procedures
- Mentoring less experienced nurses
- Setting standards of care and reviewing resident records
- Monitoring overall care and individual cases
- Addressing resident or family questions and complaints
- Managing medical supplies
- Representing the unit to management
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
- Minimum 1 year as a Unit Manager
- Valid RN license
- Basic computer skills and strong communication abilities
