About the Role

Provide high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing care to patients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and integrate patient care based on the nursing process.
• Ensure care adheres to safety, risk management, quality improvement, and infection control standards.
• Discharge patients with optimal care and attend scheduled shifts prepared for responsibilities.
• Participate in meetings and communicate relevant information.
• Follow organizational policies and infection control procedures.

Requirements

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida.
• Minimum education recognized for RN licensure; BSN preferred.
• Prior clinical experience preferred.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, Basic EKG, critical care or emergency care courses, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, CCRN, TCRN (optional).
• Strong adherence to safety, infection control, and environmental standards.
