Registered Nurse (RN) - Transfer Center

Role: Transfer Center RN responsible for coordinating patient admissions and hospital transfers to ensure timely and appropriate care, collaborating with referring facilities, physicians, and hospital staff to promote seamless patient access and throughput. Responsibilities: Work closely with clinical, medical, and leadership teams to identify and report barriers, foster relationships, and support hospital operations. Ensure effective transfer processes aligned with healthcare mission and values. Qualifications: Licensed Registered Nurse in Florida with a minimum of four years of clinical experience in acute care, including management roles such as Charge Nurse or House Supervisor. Preferred BSN degree. Skills & Certifications: Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills. Valid Florida RN license required.
