Registered Nurse (RN) - Transfer Center

Role Overview: The RN Structural Heart Coordinator manages the care coordination for the structural heart program, including procedures like TAVR, MitraClip, and WATCHMAN, collaborating with cardiology providers, APPs, and PAs. Responsibilities: Coordinates clinical aspects of the Cardiovascular program, guides nursing teams, manages referrals, and ensures care follows evidence-based and regulatory standards. Develops educational programs for staff and community, facilitates physician collaboration, and participates in quality improvement data collection. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (Master's preferred), minimum 3 years clinical experience, current Texas RN license, active BLS certification, and preferred specialty certification. Strong interdisciplinary collaboration, patient education, and care management skills are essential. Additional Duties: Completes position competencies, supports community education, and performs other related responsibilities to enhance patient outcomes and program success.
