About the Role
A Registered Nurse (RN) in a 22-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Telemetry providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate patient assessments and identify care needs
- Initiate appropriate nursing interventions based on patient condition and age
- Document medical information timely and accurately
- Develop and revise interdisciplinary care plans for patients
- Conduct quality improvement assessments
Requirements
- Current state RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
- Preferred: at least one year of nursing experience
- Deep understanding of critical care principles and advanced patient monitoring
Schedule
3x12-hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays.
