Duties
- Maintain nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures
- Schedule and assign nursing staff according to Resident care requirements
- Provide support to Residents and their families
- Answer questions and requests from Residents and Staff
- Follow procedures, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Monitor and protect confidential information related to Residents
- Audit Resident and department records to maintain documentation of care services
- Manage nursing supplies inventory and perform other assigned responsibilities
Requirements
- Must hold a valid RN License
- BSN preferred
- Long Term Care Experience
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills and strong team player
