Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor registered nurses to ensure quality patient care.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance resident care.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
- Manage staff schedules and ensure coverage during all shifts.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse license.
