About the Role
Join our interdisciplinary team in the 14-bed Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at Bryn Mawr Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will care for the Stepdown/PCU patient population, playing an integral role in their treatment and overall patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide care and treatment for Stepdown/PCU patients as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Engage in hospital and system-wide nursing committees, unit councils, evidence-based research projects, and precepting new staff.
- Pursue professional development opportunities, including certifications and the Clinical Ladder program.
Requirements
- One year of recent Telemetry or Stepdown-level nursing experience (Stepdown experience preferred).
- RN Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
- PA RN license or a multi-state license verified in an approved Nursing Licensure Compact state.
- Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association/American Red Cross) preferred.

Schedule
- 36 hours per week.
- Night shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) or Day/Night rotation (candidate’s preference).
- Weekend rotation required.
