As a part of our Interdisciplinary Team working within the 14 bed unit, your care and treatment of these patients is an integral part of their Patient Experience. As a Registered Nurse, you would be caring for the Stepdown/Progressive Care (PCU) patient population.

Responsibilities

• Part of an interdisciplinary team
• Care for the Stepdown/PCU patient population
• Pursue certifications or advanced nursing degrees through the Tuition Reimbursement Program
• Engage by joining hospital & system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program

Requirements

• One year(s) of recent Telemetry or Stepdown level Nurse experience required
• Recent Stepdown experience preferred
• RN Diploma, ASN required
• BSN preferred
• PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred

Pay

$44.13 - $68.84

Schedule

36 hrs per week, Nights (7pm-7:30am); Weekend rotation required.
