Job Summary

Sign on Bonus: Up to 20,000 SOB Based on Eligibility
Position Summary
Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

  • Implements and monitors patient care plans.
  • Makes assessments and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
  • Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
  • Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
  • Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Requirements:
    • Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing. Continuing education requirements as defined within the CARE program.
    • Experience: One (1) year as an RN.
    • Licensure/Certifications: Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days. Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association and others as required by individual department as noted in Attachment A.
  • Preferred Requirements:
    • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
    • Licensure/Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or others as required by individual department.
