About the role
The STAT ICU RN responds to medical emergencies throughout the hospital, including Stroke alerts, Cardiac Arrests, Rapid Responses, Mass Transfusions, and more. They also monitor inpatients using Epic resources, round house-wide on units, and collaborate with the House Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Responds to medical emergencies throughout the hospital
- Maintains and monitors inpatients utilizing Epic resources
- Rounds house-wide on units
- Collaborates with the House Supervisor
- Performs 48 hours of weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
- Rotates holidays, approximately 2 per year
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association or within 6 months
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or within 6 months

Pay
$38.20 - $57.30 per hour
Schedule
