Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • 7:30 AM–11:30 AM Monday
  • 7:30 AM–5:00 PM Tuesday–Friday

Responsibilities

  • Willingly floats to other specialty clinics and/or between clinic locations to fulfill staffing needs
  • Demonstrates flexibility in adapting to various schedule changes
  • Provides appropriate, individualized direct care to patients and families in area of practice
  • Demonstrates age-specific competency in the performance of initial and ongoing assessments of the patient to determine nursing care needs; prioritizes care based on needs; may include data from parent/guardian in the assessment process
  • Maintains competency within each department and location by routinely floating
  • Implements nursing care activities according to patient needs, or as directed by the medical provider, in accordance with established policies and procedures

Requirements

  • RN with current state license (new graduates encouraged)
  • BLS certification required
  • A caring, adaptable nurse with strong communication and critical thinking skills
