About the role
The Registered Nurse manages all aspects of the nursing process and delivers patient and family-centered care. This role has the responsibility and authority to request and use governing and administrative resources, technological and support systems, and multidisciplinary clinical experts to manage and deliver quality, cost-effective patient care. The position requires the ability to perform essential duties and demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of patients served.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Valid/current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- BLS certification required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
- ACLS certification preferred
- Prefer 2+ years' experience in a NICU, Pediatric ICU, or Special Care Nursery

Pay
Hourly pay range: $39.27 - $94.69 (Grade RN1450). Base pay is determined by skills, relevant experience, education, certifications, and other essential factors.
