Responsibilities
- Provide effective direct care to complex patients as part of the interdisciplinary team
- Manage care and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, physicians, and other health care team members
- Seek and provide feedback for improved clinical practice
- Assume beginning leadership responsibilities with mentoring support
- Support onboarding of new team members and precept as applicable
- Participate in shared governance and quality improvement activities
- Apply technologies that support patient care and implement evidence-based practice
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required within 5 years of hire
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Licensed to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider BLS certification required

Pay
$37.51 – $49.82 hourly. Individual compensation determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
