About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a skilled nursing facility in Roswell, NM on a 10-week contract. This overnight role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment.
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations.
- Promote a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for all residents during overnight hours.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in New Mexico (or compact license eligible).
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team on overnight shifts.
