Qualifications
- Connecticut RN License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong Team Player
- Caregiver must have a compassionate approach to older adults
- New graduates will require one year of experience to become competent, with an evaluation at 6 months to assess progress
