Responsibilities
- Supervise the care/services provided by Certified Nursing Assistants and other staff.
- Carefully coordinate the nursing care of residents on the unit, ensuring all assigned staff can provide appropriate care.
- Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to residents.
- Accurately transcribe and coordinate the implementation of physician orders.
- Conduct assessments of the residents and notify the physician of any changes in their status, promptly implementing and documenting new orders.
- Develop a plan of care based on assessments, implementing nursing care.
- Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a resident's condition and prevent complications.
- Contribute to the resident’s assessment and the development of a care plan.
Requirements
- Unrestricted RN license.

Pay
$3,000 sign on bonus for full-time employees.
Schedule
Available shifts are 7am-7pm, and 7pm-7am with every other weekend requirement.
