About the role

Our Home Care RNs work as an extension of our Clinic Team but with the autonomy and flexibility of providing that care in the home and community settings. We serve the senior population of Harrisburg and a limited surrounding area so you won’t spend all of your time in a car. You will be doing what you do best in providing the care to enable our participants to live their best lives exactly where they most want to be - at home!

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to participants in their homes
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with participants, their families and fellow team members
• Adhere to the highest clinical standards to ensure participant and staff wellbeing
• Use technology to stay mobile and efficient

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Experience in home health care or related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam
