Registered Nurse (RN) Risk Manager

About the Role

Registered Nurse (RN) Risk Manager responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating risk data collection, analyzing risk data, and monitoring corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with FS 400.147 and Corporate Compliance program
• Coordinate and analyze risk management data
• Follow up on correction plans for identified risks
• Facilitate prevention programs and contribute to program development

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• Preferably 2+ years' experience as DON, ADON, or MDS in long-term care
• Post-secondary education with strong reading, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to maintain attendance and adapt to flexible schedules, including evenings, nights, and weekends
