Registered Nurse (RN) Residential Memory Care- Full-Time

English Rose is seeking a Full-Time RN who values collaboration, a supportive environment, hands-on care, and work-life balance. As a leader in dementia and senior care, English Rose also offers premier home care services in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall care management, ensuring residents' well-being through the delivery of exceptional, high-quality hands-on care
• Support, train, and coach team members
• Instrumental in providing on-site direct care and supervision during the week
• Participate in on-call one evening per week and every 4th or 5th weekend

Qualifications

• Current MN RN license in good standing
• Dementia experience is required
• Excellent assessment, verbal, and documentation skills required
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to make independent decisions
• Valid MN drivers license and reliable transportation required
• Geriatric patient care preferred
• Experience working with comprehensive licensure or assisted living preferred
